What is Beyond Essence's return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The shipping costs for the return are not being paid by Beyond Essence, but by the customer. 


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. It is important to inspect your order upon reception and notify us as soon as possible. Can I return custom products or items purchased on sale?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom products, such as special orders or personalized items. Additionally, items purchased on sale or gift cards are not eligible for return.

How can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with the new purchase.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
